TMBTQ Trademark Law Boutique is a law firm focused on "soft" intellectual property including trademark and copyright law. We help both established businesses (especially multi-generational family-owned businesses) and entrepreneurs protect their most important assets -- their brands. We specialize in comprehensive trademark searching, clearance, analysis and representation of clients interested in protecting and registering trademarks with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. For registered marks, we monitor brand assets and represent clients in trademark disputes. Our attorneys have extensive experience in all aspects of trademark law and are dedicated to providing our clients with the highest level of service and expertise.
